Addy playing with Great Granpa Morris on his birthday.  This was the day we put him on hospice so it was nice to have Addy put a smile on his face!!

 

Well it only took me 6 months but I finally got Graham's room done.  It is basically the same as Addy's nursery but I changed out some stuff to give it a "tool" theme in honor of his daddy!!

This is mine and my sisters baby crib that my dad made us when we were little and now it is Addy's, but we thought we should try Graham out in it.  He is already too big for it.  I wish we would have had this when he was a new born cause it would be interesting to see the difference from then until now.  The memory of how small newborns are fades quickly in my mind!!

My little man is not so little any more.  He is now 6 months old and 18 lbs 12 oz and 27 1/4 in.  At this point Addy was 16lbs 2 oz and 27 in.  He is so happy most of the time that we feel super blessed to have such happy kids.  He also sprouted his first two teeth the day after he turned 6 months.  He is trying to beat his big sister to all his first milestones.  Addy didn't get teeth or start rolling over until she was 10 months old and Graham already has these both down!!

He also started solid food for the first time this weekend.  He still isn't too sure about the rice cereal but Addy keeps him entertained while he is trying to figure it out!  As you can tell she is trying to be a big "help".

It was a weekend of first for Graham.  To start with he got his first hair cut, which I did my self so you will have to forgive the outcome (good thing his cute face distracts from the haircut).  Hopefully it will get better as I do it more.  I think I will have lots of practice since he is not even 6 months old yet and getting his first haircut.

Nana and Papa got a new toy before all the grandkids arrived.  The rollercoaster was a major hit!!

While in Nebraska visiting Nana and Papa, we went bowling in town with everyone.  Addy had fun for a while but had trouble pushing the ball so she got a little frustrated.

Some pictures of Christmas with our family.  I had to work Christmas so we had a mini family Christmas on Christmas Eve morning before I went to work.  Addy got new sunglasses and a umbrella (she has been asking for one for months) and Graham got his first (but not his last I am sure) tool belt!

I can hardly believe it but my little man is already 5 months old.   It seems like just yesterday I was putting up pictures of Addy at this age.

Graham got a Christmas hat from one of Josh's aunts so we had to try it out.  And of course Addy had to get in on the action!!

Graham is getting so big.  He is starting to use his exersaucer and really focusing on playing with all the interesting stuff on there.

Addy was not sure about Santa, but then he offered her a candy cane.  She ran and jumped right in his lap.  The key to my girls heart is through her tummy.  Graham did great as well, but I think next year will be a different story!!
